All Black Friday purchases are final sale. Because of the volume and limited inventory, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges during this event.
Orders cannot be split. If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder inventory arrives.
Place two separate orders — one for in-stock items and one for preorder items. This ensures your in-stock pieces ship right away.
Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to split, adjust, or combine it.
We’re aiming to ship all Black Friday orders (that don’t include preorder items) within 10 days. Thank you so much for your patience during our busiest week of the year!
