I placed an order early December and was so excited to receive everything for my little gal. It took a while to arrive with holiday shipping, and when I opened it I was sad to see the balaclava was missing and a little meal set was in its place. I reached out for customer service and was told that they would ship out a new balaclava when they get the next shipment in, in mid January. While disappointed as I won't receive her cutie little balaclava until likely February, the quality of the other cutie clothing items I received is top tier and I know the balaclava will be worth the wait. Customer service said I could keep the meal set as it was their shipping/packing error and they'll ship the balaclava as soon as it arrives!
