Shipping & Delivery

To cancel or edit your order, please contact info@roobearkids.com with your order number within 2hrs of purchasing.If you want to make any changes (add something, remove something, change your address, cancel your order) outside of the 2-hour purchase window, you can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, please note that we cannot guarantee these changes can be made. If outside of the initial 2hrs after your order was placed, you’d like to add something to your order, please place an additional order, we cannot guarantee that orders will be combined.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Yes, we offer free shipping anywhere in North America for orders over $99. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

We ship anywhere in North America, unfortunately we do not ship outside of North America.

Damaged & Wrong Items

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please submit a claim through our returns portal if your item arrived damaged. If damage occurred over 30 days after receiving the item, please reach out to us.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

You can request a replacement item through our return portal and we'll replace the item as soon as possible.

The extended warranty could come at a different cost depending on the type of product and extended period.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer refunds on full-priced products, excluding mealtime essentials products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for mealtime essentials products due to sanitary reasons.

Please submit any requests for refunds or exchanges in our return portal.

A refund request can be submitted within 15 days of delivery and exchange or store credit requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for refunds requested within 15 days of delivery.

In the case when a product has been worn or has the tags removed, you are not eligible for a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
